Attacks and Stats
The main function of the Pokedex is to reorder the attacks of your pokemob. There is a fifth attack slot for attacks that your pokemon has just learnt. Stats are also displayed to inform players on their pokemob's performance.
You can even nickname pokemon in the pokedex.

Biomes and Breeding
The pokedex is able to list biomes by type and tell players what pokemobs spawn in what biome. The first biome that appears is the one you are in. 'D', 'N' and 'C' are displayed on the sides of pokemob's name. This indicates whether or not they spawn in caves, at day or at night.
The egg group mode shows players a list of compatible species that the selected pokemob can be bred with. These egg groups are unique to pokecube so checking the pokedex will be beneficial. Ditto is compatible with all pokemobs.
The Pokedex
The Pokedex is an important tool. It allows you to find out important infomation about the Pokemobs that you own. It also provides infomation on it's species.
